Joining
On the business's booking page, pick the service and, if you like, the person. If the day you want has no times, or none suit you, choose Join the waitlist. Tell us the days you can come, the part of the day (morning, afternoon, evening, or any), and how to reach you. You'll get an email saying you're on the list.
When a time opens
If a time that suits you opens up, the business's rule decides who hears first. You'll get an email, and a text if you asked for one, with a link that books the time. Some businesses hold the time for you for a while; others offer it to everyone who could take it, and the first to book gets it. The message says which.
Booking from the link works like any booking: you confirm, pay if the service takes payment, and get your confirmation. Nothing is booked for you until you do.
Leaving
Use the link in your waitlist email, or open your bookings page and choose Leave. Your entry also ends on its own once the last day you picked has passed.
