The My bookings page
Go to My bookings. Signed in, you will see everything tied to your account and email. Not signed in? Enter the email you booked with and we email you a secure link. No password needed.
Three tabs
- Upcoming: everything ahead, soonest first, with cancel options where the business's policy allows.
- Past: completed visits. Each one has a Book again button that takes you straight back to the same service.
- Cancelled: cancelled or declined bookings, kept for your records.
Booking details
Open any booking to see the full breakdown: what you booked, each item's price, how each part is paid (online or in person), and the total.
