Do I need an account to book?

No. You can book as a guest with just your email. An account makes it easier to see and manage all your bookings in one place, and links past guest bookings automatically.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Open the booking link from your confirmation email, or sign in and go to My bookings. Each provider sets their own cancellation window; if it's too close to the appointment, contact the business directly.

How do payments work?

Some providers take payment online when you book (handled securely by Stripe). Others take payment at the shop. The booking flow always tells you which before you confirm.

I never got my confirmation email.

How do I list my business?
