Sell products with your services

Updated Nov 6, 2026

What a product is

A physical thing you sell with your services: a pomade after a haircut, a conditioner after a blowout. Customers add it to their visit while booking on the web or in the app, and you add it to a bill at the counter. It is collected at the appointment. Nothing ships.

Products are available on Free and Pro. A product sold online with a booking carries the same booking fee as the service on Free.

Add a product

  1. In the dashboard open Resources, then Products, and click Add product. Owners and admins can edit the catalog; staff can see it.
  2. Give it a name, a price and, if you like, a description, a SKU and a photo.
  3. On sale: turn it on and enter the regular price. Customers see the regular price struck through and the percent off, for example "20% off".
  4. Taxable is on by default: your location's tax rate applies to the product. Turn it off for items you sell tax-free.
  5. Where it sells: online (customers add it while booking) and in person (you add it to a bill). At least one.
  6. With more than one location, choose where it is sold. The location selected in the top bar scopes the list, and a product added while a location is selected sells there only until you change it.
  7. Pairs with: pick the services it goes with. Those products are suggested first when a customer books one of them.

Stock

Turn on Track stock to count units on hand. A booking takes its units out of stock the moment it is made, and gives them back if the booking is cancelled, declined or its payment expires. A sold-out product stays in your catalog but can't be added online until you restock it; you can still sell it at the counter when you find one on the shelf.

Inventory (under Resources) shows what is on hand, with the products that need a restock on top. Use Restock for a delivery, Correct count when the shelf says otherwise (admins), and Lost or damaged for units that were not sold. Every change is logged, so a count can always be explained.

Low stock: set "Notify me at or below" on the product. When a sale, a loss or a correction takes the count to that number or below, owners and admins get an in-app notice and an email. It is sent once, and again after a restock lifts the count above the threshold. Each member can turn the email off under Settings, Team notifications, "Low stock".

What customers see

While booking, an Add to your visit block lists your products: the ones you paired with the booked service first, then the ones customers often add with it, then the rest. They pick a quantity and the product is priced with the booking: your location's tax applies to taxable products, and the product is paid the way the service is paid. Your business-wide charges and reductions and your promo codes apply to the service only, never to products. Products also appear in a section of your public business page.

Selling at the counter

On a booking's Collect payment dialog, Add more offers your products. The product is priced at its current price, comes out of stock right away, and goes back if you remove the line before the bill is settled.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancelling or declining a booking gives its products back to stock. A refund does not: if the customer hands the product back, restock it from Inventory. A product that has been sold can be deactivated but not deleted, so receipts keep their history.
